Taking medium as a system of nonlinear oscillator,applying the perturbation method of Liouville equation and the perturbation method of stationary state,in this paper,it obtains the change of density matrix induced by crossing of high velocity electron,which provide the basis for calculating the interrelated thermodynamical quantities further.
