本工程高强度大直径钢拉杆制作工艺难度较大,主要体现在杆体端部锻造镦粗、整体热处理和表面涂装等方面;现场施工的组装螺纹连接、张弦梁下弦钢拉杆的同步张拉、螺纹连接处的密封防护等对整个工程显得尤为重要。
