During 100 years development,although it plays an important roles in the practice of oil/gas exploration,mechanism of oil and gas accumulation and distribution rules of oil saturation in structural reservoir are not resolved in this paper,capillary-buoyancy equation is deduced based on equilibrium theory between capillary and buoyancy,which starts from physical theory and correct.
