The electrical properties of the varistors based on ZnO-lead zinc borosilicate glass and prepared from tetrapod ZnO nanopowders by the method of direct co-sintering synthesis of the oxides instead of adding amorphous lead zinc borosilicate frit, are were the raw materials for preparing borosilicate frit, were studied.
以四足状纳米ZnO粉末为原料 ,以制备硼酸铅锌玻璃的氧化物替代硼酸铅锌玻璃直接进行共烧结 ,制备出了ZnO 硼硅酸铅锌玻璃压敏电阻 ,并对其电性能进行了研究。
