METHODS The 63 pancreatitis patients were divided into two groups:moderate type (no organ dysfunction) and severe type (with organ dysfunction ), plasma endotoxin,lipopolysaccaride binding protein (LBP),endotoxin receptor-sCD14,endotoxin inhibitor-ENDOBLOCK,and nuclear factor-KB (NF-KB)activity in PBMC were determined.
方法收集急性胰腺炎(AP)患者63例,分为轻型(无脏器功能障碍)、重型(合并脏器功能障碍)2组,分别测定外周血内毒素、内毒素结合蛋白、内毒素抑制物、内毒素受体以及 PBMC 中核因子-κB的活性,观察与 MODS 发生的关系。
