Based on grinding movements' analysis of pulping material in the BIVIS extruder, the paper has studied design theories of transport screws of the machine, and inferred relationship expressions of a flux rate of the pulping material and basic parameters of a mechanism of the twin screw extruder, and put forward a basic thoughtfulness of design for the BIVIS extruder.
