The microstructure morphology of 38CrMoAl steel axial plunger after gas nitrocarburizing and liquid sulpho-nitrocarburizing were analyzed and observed by optical microscope and SEM,and the chemical composition of the penetrated layer were measured qualitatively by energy spectrum analysis.
用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察和分析了38CrMoAl钢轴向柱塞经气体氮碳共渗和液体碳氮硫共渗后的组织形貌,并且用能谱分析的方法定性地测定了渗层的化学成分。
