The research develops a pigment that fits the embossed decoration over-glaze of tri-firing interior tiles,which has the advantages of broader range of melting temperature,larger fused viscosity and stronger surface tension,perfect thermal stability and lower thermal expansion coefficient.
本课题研制的彩料适合于三次烧内墙面砖釉上堆花使用 ,具有熔融温度范围较宽 ,熔融时粘度与表面张力较大 ,热稳定性好 ,热膨胀系数较低的优点 ,经 80 0℃左右低温彩烧后能熔合并凸起在釉面上而不开裂 ,纹饰平滑光亮 ,浑厚润泽 ,乳浊不透明 ,呈乳白色或彩色 ,色彩丰富 ,具有良好的浮雕
