A new type of the fixture for a crane rail can be designed by the following steps: start off with the analysis of various loads of a crane rail, then the horizontal force of the rail top is calculated and a forced diagram of the fixture of the rail is given, by which the horizontal force and the vertical thrusting force of the rail fixture are obtained.
