METHODS: Analgesic effect was investigated by hot plate test and writhing test, anti-inflammation effect by auricular swelling test in mice and toe swelling test in rat, anti-diarrhea effect by diarrhea test induced by rhubarb, effect on gastric emptying by phenolsulfonphthalein empty test in mice and effect on small intestine propulsive test by charcol powder propulsive rate test.
方法 :采用热板法、扭体法观察镇痛作用 ,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法观察抗炎作用 ,小鼠大黄致泻法观察止泻作用 ,酚红排泄法观察对小鼠胃排空的影响 ,炭末推进法观察对小鼠肠推进的影响。
An orthogonal test design was applied to confirm the optimum condition of extracting the active products from Semen holarrhenae by selecting extracting temperature,extracting time and ethanol concentration,and did some research on bacteriostasis to extracts.
